Decorating tips?

I need some decorating tips for a college dorm room. Preferably marine theme. We would like to spend as little money as possible.

    1. oh, a dorm. My first thought is swag or drape the standard issue blinds with fish netting, maybe tied with rope. There is the standard blue comforters, but you could embellish them with a rope trim and, using fusible web, put on anchors, or fish, or a lighthouse or a sailboat using remnants from the fabric store. You could make mirrors or picture frames look like portholes, or again glue on roping .

    2. there is a ton of lighthouse stuff out there.

    3. Hi, You will need: blue paint, coral paint, a faux finish sponge, and fish (plastic, stickers, etc.) Make sure your blue and coral paint compliment each other. First paint the entire room blue, then use the faux finish sponge to paint a coral reef along the lower half of the room. You can cover your reef with pictures of scuba divers and fish, as well as hang a few plastic ones from the ceiling. You can also find an old "treasure chest" for the corner of your room, or some fish net to drape over windows and furniture. If you’re going for more of a beach theme, paint the upper part sky blue and the lower a sandy yellow. Hang flip flops from your ceiling and decorate with beach and beach towls!

    4. I’ve been in need of info on this for a long time, thankful you finally covered it.
