  1. i’d discard the cabinet. it’s taking up walk-way space and the space just looks too heavy with it. just hang the plasma on the wall. it’ll relieve the living room.

after this, replace the ottomans with a mid-size glass table.

i particularly enjoy working with small spaces. it’s a great challenge !!

  2. 180 s.f. is not small. that room can be converted into a 1-car garage.

hmm, though I thought the furniture was nice, I didn’t think the room was small, and I didn’t think it look good. It actually looked very dull and not very tasteful. :*(

  6. Thats a big room,

  7. I would get rid of that furniture the tv is on. Looks old and out of place. The tv should be wall mounted.

This is actually nice and sleek. Modern and antique mixture. Looks clean but probably for a bachelor’s crib not for a single woman. The lighting is what does it.

  11. This isn’t interior design.
    It’s simply interior decorating…

Not everyone has the option to wall mount (renters). I am subletting a small condo and the owner doesn’t want me making holes in the wall. What would you do in that case?

  13. Not have a TV.

  14. So be a slave to design and not have a tv. Sounds reasonable /s.

so your saying that no women like the sleek sexy minimalist bachelor crib look? like a nightclub, stripclub or casino for example? heaps of women love this look, even when they have kids. im one of them. not all women are shlumpadinkas. =)

looks like sh1t. Boring, unimaginative with no features. Dark furniture is horrendous.

I like everything except for how big that carpet is. I think that it makes the room seem smaller.

To each is own! This really isn’t that big of a deal. No more contact please. Thank you.

  21. I totally agree, i mean it made the room look bigger but it was just blah.
